- An exceptional meeting on the occasion of the reissue of the Cense Method, including a new chapter on horse welfare
- A portrait of yourself or your family with a horse, donated to theInstitute for Man and Horse.
On the occasion of the re-edition of the La Cense Method with 80 additional pages dedicated to the well-being of the horse, the Haras de la Cense will be transformed on October 24 and 25 into a photo studio, to offer a unique experience in the heart of its arena. . Thus, horse lovers are invited to make themselves
photograph with their favorite animal by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, author of the art book “Les Chevaux”.
Whether with his own horse or with a horse from the stud farm, each shot will aim to
support the well-being of the horse, fundamentally linked to the education of men.
This is the goal of La Methode la Cense, recognized by the French Equestrian Federation. She's there
reference in terms of human / horse relationship; it is based on knowledge in ethology
equine, science which consists in studying the behavior of the horse. It was unveiled at the cinema in
“The man who whispers in the ears of horses”. The La Cense Method teaches you to communicate with the
horse by following an educational program.
For each photograph of which we will take a copy, printed as well as in digital version, a donation of the amount of his choice will be requested to be paid to the Institute for Man and Horse. Founded by William Kriegel, it leads, among other things, social mediation actions based on the La Cense Method. The amount collected will be used entirely for educational actions for young people in difficulty.
This unique weekend will be punctuated by demonstrations of ethical riding as well as informal discussions with professionals on the welfare of the horse, around a buffet.
